Description:

Qian Chan is a fictional Chinese actress who has a son called Troy. If I can briefly explain what this imaginative film is all about … Qian begins the plot as a broke and sick mother of a teenage boy called Troy. Priorly, her rich family circle had shunned her because of having this child contrary to their wish. The deal was that if she could abandon Troy, whose father was missing, then she could be accepted back into the family and have her disease treated at a more advanced hospital. Troy is seen collecting used plastic bottles in the streets and selling them in order to help pay bills for his mother who’s admitted in a district hospital. Her condition keeps getting bad.

On one day, the masculine Troy decides to leave his mother and go anywhere in the streets just so that he cannot continue being a hindrance to his mother’s treatment. Qian Chan (千婵), clad in a blue hospital gown, is afterwards seen running while crying in the rain as she attempts to search for Troy who leaves behind the ‘bye mother’ letter at the hospital’s bed side. Troy fortunately meets a Kung Fu master somewhere in the streets who agrees to adopt him. To cut the long story short … Troy’s mother gets back to her rich family and she not only gets treated but also inherits one of her father’s tech companies. For the twenty years she spends searching for Troy, she eventually finds him.
