Description:
A revelation that someone is both autistic and schizophrenic can be hidden in the dark for a long time. This is because autism, on its own, and a very similar condition, is so popular to the extent that many people who’ve both first believe that they are only autistic before coming to the realization that they are indeed autistic-plus-schizophrenic. A chance to figure out about their actual condition can at times be hard to come by. Harder even than the chances of a person who don’t regularly watch news realizing when the red moon occurs.
This is my story! For some hundreds of days, if not thousands of them, I have spent the days believing that I’m a person who’s only on the autism spectrum solely due to the symptoms that I exhibit. For all those years, I have honestly been in the dark concerning this schizophrenic thing. I think I attempted to audit an online course about schizophrenia in 2020 but I didn’t go far in that course before abandoning it. I just recently came back to learn what this condition really is and I was surprised to find out that it also perfectly describes me! I won’t talk much about this condition for now but keep this in mind: Autistic and schizophrenic symptoms do overlap so much! Finding out about one’s true identity is the ultimate goal!
